You may return unopened DVDs within 30 days
for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase for any reason, you may exchange
it for another DVD or request a refund. Please
return the DVD, postage paid, to our returns
address below, along with a note with your name,
address, and daytime phone number. For refunds
we will credit your credit card or mail you a
check.
Opened
DVDs
Refunds on opened DVDs will be less 25% restocking
charge. Please return the DVD, postage paid,

Defective
DVDs
Any defective DVD will be replaced by us immediately.
